We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Comfort Advisor to join our team. As a Comfort Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in identifying, selecting, and installing comfort-enhancing solutions for their residential or commercial spaces. Your expertise in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and related products will enable you to provide personalized recommendations and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort needs are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer service.

  • Conduct thorough assessments: Visit customer premises to evaluate existing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, and analyze the comfort needs of the space.
  • Provide expert advice: Offer professional recommendations on HVAC systems, equipment, and other comfort-enhancing solutions based on the assessment and customer preferences.
  • Build customer relationships: Establish rapport with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and address any questions or issues related to comfort, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Prepare customized proposals: Prepare detailed and accurate proposals that outline recommended solutions, including equipment options, installation plans, and associated costs.
  • Present recommendations: Effectively present proposals to customers, explaining the benefits, features, and long-term cost savings associated with each solution.
  • Negotiate contracts: Collaborate with customers to finalize agreements, negotiate terms, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate installations: Liaise with the installation team to schedule and oversee the implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in HVAC systems, products, and technologies, and integrate this knowledge into your recommendations.
  • Maintain customer records: Document all customer interactions, including assessments, proposals, and agreements, and update relevant databases or software systems accordingly.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting comfort solutions, building a strong customer base, and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Proven experience: Prior experience in HVAC sales, installation, or related field is highly desirable.
  • Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including various equipment options and their functionalities.
  • Customer service skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively understand customer needs, build relationships, and provide comprehensive advice.
  • Sales acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
