Requirements

3–5 years of outside sales experience REQUIRED
HVAC industry experience preferred
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed goals
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
Consistently professional appearance, attitude, and conduct
Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and legibly

Responsibilities

Design customized heating, cooling, and IAQ systems tailored to each home and customer
Perform comprehensive home comfort surveys and system evaluations
Complete load calculations, duct inspections, and air quality assessments on every visit
Clearly present system options, pricing, financing, rebates, and available tax credits
Handle all required paperwork, documentation, and payment collection
Capture photos of existing systems and conditions for accurate system design
Create precise equipment and materials lists for seamless installations
Coordinate temporary heating or cooling solutions when needed
Confidently explain all warranties, guarantees, and system benefits
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
