About The Position

CourseCareers trains hundreds of students online every month, and we’re excited to expand our support for those pursuing careers as HVAC technicians. We’re looking for experienced HVAC professionals based in the United States to join us as paid Career Coaches, providing mentorship and guidance to students as they prepare for new roles in the field.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician or in a related field, such as refrigeration, system maintenance, or HVAC installation.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Current residence in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to help students learn HVAC technology and land their first entry-level job.
• Introduce new people to a career in HVAC.
• Teach people about what a career as an HVAC technician entails.
