About The Position
HVAC CAD Manager position in Orange County, CA This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractor that works on many of CA’s biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects. We are looking for an HVAC CAD Manager with 5 or more years of HVAC CAD Management experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CAD Management experience
- Prior HVAC Detailing/Design experience
- Prior Journeyman experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior Foreman experience
- Local in Orange County
- Familiar with Title 24, OSHPD, and ASHRAE standards
- Stable work-history
- Currently working for mechanical/plumbing contractor
- Medium to Large Project experience
- Knowledge working with Revit, SysQue, BIM 360, Glue, among others
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Responsibilities
- Train Junior Designers/Detailers the Autodesk Fabrication Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, among other BIM-applications
- Coordinate with Plumbing Department
- Build HVAC CAD Standards
