In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our HVAC services, and cultivating long-term client partnerships. Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in commercial or industrial markets.
  • Proven success in business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

  • Generate New Business:
  • Identify and pursue sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our commercial and industrial client base.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule client meetings.
  • Consultative Selling:
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored HVAC service and maintenance solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight value and ROI.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular follow-ups and identify upselling opportunities.
