What you will do Under general direction, you will lead Branch HVAC Installation operations—spanning Controls, Equipment, and Mechanical delivery teams—to ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality execution across the portfolio. Requirements

  • Significant experience leading installation/project delivery in HVAC, mechanical, or building controls , including multi‑trade crews and subcontractors
  • Proven financial acumen managing forecasts, billings/collections, cost control, and margin outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and commissioning/turnover processes
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and performance‑manage technical teams
  • Excellent customer‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Background with estimating/engineering standards and major project delivery
  • Industry certifications (e.g., OSHA safety training, NICET, PMP or similar)
