The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and in alignment with company policies and standards. This role is instrumental in cultivating a positive work environment focused on trust, service excellence, security, and customer satisfaction. In partnership with the Branch Manager, responsibilities include managing customer service, HVAC inventory control, merchandising of HVAC systems and accessories, sales support, workplace safety, order fulfillment, counter sales, product delivery, and overall branch performance.
