Position Overview As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure residential heating and cooling systems operate safely and efficiently. You will represent our brand in customers’ homes, delivering professional service while identifying potential system improvements.

Requirements

Prior HVAC experience preferred (maintenance experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems and components
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions (important in the Pittsburgh climate)
Willingness to participate in ongoing technical training
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
