Comprehensive Benefits: Uniform, medical, dental, vision, group life, HSA, matching 401k, and more Professional Development: Ongoing training, growth opportunities, and paid training Work-Life Balance: Paid holidays and vacations What You'll Do: Assist with the Install of new HVAC systems, ducting, and related accessories Assist with the Installation of HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Track repairs and work completed in trade software Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
Requirements
- 1 year of HVAC installation experience preferred
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
- Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of HVAC installation experience preferred
Responsibilities
