Requirements

Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
High School diploma or equivalent
Background and drug screen
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Educate customers about equipment in their home and offer products, and enhancements to better their lives and homes
Maintain and repair heating and air equipment
Learn and embrace sales processes. Enroll in your sales training curriculum and complete required training lessons.
Execute strategy and debrief calls with your sales manager
Complete full home inspection
Coordinate with office for daily calls
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
Maintain a professional image
Following safety policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
