HVAC Service Apprentice F.H. Furr—“Absolutely the Best” in Residential Home Services for 40+ years—is hiring HVAC Service Apprentices to join our team in Ashburn, VA.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC systems.
- Excitement about a long-term career in the trades.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and offering customer-focused recommendations.
- Positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work well in a team.
- Valid driver’s license (must be 21+).
Responsibilities
- Assist senior HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.
- Communicate with customers professionally, clearly explaining findings and solutions.
- Support sales by identifying opportunities for upgrades, maintenance plans, and additional services.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues and help ensure high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
