About The Position

Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for motivated HVAC Apprentices to join our growing team. Requirements

• Apprentice license required (must have by start date)
• EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it)
• Willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic
• Able to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in attics, crawl spaces, or rooftops
• Positive attitude, customer service focus, attention to detail
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
• Work with air conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, ductwork, thermostats, zoning systems, filters, and wiring
• Safely use tools, gauges, and equipment necessary to complete tasks
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools/parts
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Boothe's with professionalism
• Follow safety protocols and all local/national codes
• Grow your skills every day through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience
