About The Position

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice / Warehouse Support team member to assist our field technicians while also supporting daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HVAC while gaining hands-on experience with equipment, parts, and job site operations.
This position requires reliable transportation, with occasional use of a company vehicle for deliveries or job-related support.

Requirements

• Interest in starting a career in HVAC
• Reliable personal vehicle required (occasional use of company truck)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Help with basic installation and maintenance tasks under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and stocking
• Pull materials and stage equipment for upcoming jobs
• Make local deliveries of parts and equipment to job sites
• Support fleet and tool organization as needed
