About The Position

About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our sheet metal ductwork and piping crews. In this role, you will assist experienced mechanics in the installation of duct and piping systems on commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade from skilled professionals while gaining hands-on experience in the field. While prior experience is not required, candidates with backgrounds in construction, welding, plumbing, or other mechanically inclined work will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: · Support mechanics with layout, assembly, and installation of HVAC ductwork and piping systems. · Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas. · Measure, cut, and prepare materials under guidance. · Hold or position materials during installation. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. · Follow all company and jobsite safety policies and procedures. · Participate in training and safety meetings. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience or familiarity with construction, welding, or HVAC-related work. · Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand and power tools. · Basic measurement and math skills. · Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Requirements: · Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. · Dependable transportation to and from job sites. · Valid driver's license or government-issued ID. · Ability to pass a drug screening.
