About The Position

The HVAC Installer position involves assisting in the installation of HVAC systems. The role requires working comfortably on two-story roofs and being motivated to create a quality product. The installer will help keep accurate and complete records and must provide their own transportation and tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of Trade School
• A minimum of 6 months experience
• Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
• Reliable and dependable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Awareness of general safety conditions in the HVAC industry
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds
• Some knowledge of current HVAC code, regulations, and industry standards
• Residential or construction experience is a plus
• Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation that can store a 6-foot ladder
