About The Position

Sippin Energy is currently seeking HVAC apprentices to join our team. We welcome applications from individuals who have completed some or all of their HVAC education at an accredited school. Additionally, we are open to working with apprentices who have not attended school and can provide financial assistance if needed. Our work primarily involves residential oil heat, air conditioning, and some oil tank work. The installations we handle include hydro-air systems, warm air systems, hot water heaters, steam systems, and radiant heating. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art service fleet and ensure that our apprentices have access to the best equipment and safety gear.

Requirements

• Completion of some or all HVAC education at an accredited school (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and work in residential oil heat and air conditioning systems
• Ability to work with various heating systems including hydro-air, warm air, hot water, steam, and radiant systems

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
