With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners. Our Bellevue office is seeking a HVAC and Piping Mechanical Engineering Intern for the summer 2026. The Mechanical Engineering team specializes in the design of central heating and cooling plants, piping distribution, efficient energy generation and jet fuel systems that support airport infrastructure. We deliver utility strategic plans to airports that focus on reducing energy, water and greenhouse gas emissions. Our team develops and optimizes HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems; conducts thermal energy analyses; performs heating and cooling load calculations; and prepares technical documentation, mechanical drawings, and field observations. They also contribute to sustainability studies and system-performance optimization to ensure efficient heat transfer, reliable airflow, occupant comfort, and overall mechanical effectiveness across major infrastructure projects. This opportunity entails being responsible for assisting assigned department(s) and/or project(s) by performing basic engineering related tasks which may reflect elements of standard post-secondary engineering curriculum Relocation and housing are not available for this position.
