Grant Funder: This is a grant-funded position supported by the MassCEC Heat Pump and HVAC Grant. This grant is a collaborative effort between North Shore Community College, Lynn Technical Vocational High School, Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical High School, and Salem High School. The goal of the grant is to train 90 individuals in entry-level HVAC skills to meet the growing demand for skilled HVAC technicians in the North Shore region. What You’ll Do: This individual is accountable for the teaching and supervision of students in all of the Construction cluster programs in collaboration with the other construction program instructors. This program falls under the direction of the CTE/CTI Director and the CTI Director of Workforce Development, the Director of Operations and Grants.
