Job Description We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC/R program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean of Education. The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Requirements
- Completion of an HVAC/R program resulting in a certificate of completion for diploma: Associate Degree is preferred but not required
- Certification in: HVAC, EPA universal
- At least three years of experience as a HVAC Technician
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification
- Journeyman HVAC Certification
- Prior higher ed/postsecondary teaching experience
