The company is looking for a sales professional to join their team, specifically under the direction of the HVAC Sales Manager. This role involves selling Johnson Controls HVAC offerings through various healthcare accounts, promoting the company's value proposition, and building long-term customer relationships. The position emphasizes the importance of providing business and technical solutions to healthcare HVAC end users, and it requires a proactive approach to managing customer needs and objectives.

  • Sell Johnson Controls HVAC offerings to healthcare facilities with minimal direction.
  • Improve existing and new facilities within accounts to help them achieve business objectives.
  • Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to new and existing customers.
  • Build partnerships with decision-makers to drive sales through account management.
  • Address customer operational and environmental objectives, recommending solutions that link to total value and competitive advantage.
  • Differentiate Johnson Controls services and products from competitors using creativity and innovation in sales approaches.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes on repairs, replacements, and planned service agreements.
  • Establish a mentoring relationship with an Owner Account Executive to assist in their professional development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of demonstrated field sales experience in HVAC commercial equipment and/or building automation systems in the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of the HVAC commercial service industry as it relates to healthcare facilities.

  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
