About The Position

The company is looking for a dedicated individual to join their HVAC Sales team, specifically focusing on Healthcare accounts. This role involves promoting Johnson Controls' HVAC offerings and building long-term customer relationships. The position is under the general direction of the HVAC Sales Manager and requires a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of demonstrated field sales experience in HVAC commercial equipment and/or building automation systems in the Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Johnson Controls HVAC offerings to healthcare accounts with minimal direction.
  • Improve existing and new facilities within accounts to help achieve business objectives.
  • Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements.
  • Build partnerships with decision-makers to drive sales through account management.
  • Address customer operational and environmental objectives and recommend solutions.
  • Differentiate Johnson Controls services and products from competitors through innovative sales approaches.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes and service agreements.
  • Establish a mentoring relationship with an Owner Account Executive to assist in their professional development.
