This position involves selling Johnson Controls HVAC offerings through various healthcare accounts, promoting the company's value proposition by providing business and technical solutions. The role requires building and managing long-term customer relationships and performing the sales process to encourage and manage these relationships while seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.

  • Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently, and expertly to healthcare facilities.
  • Focus on improving existing and new facilities within the account to achieve business objectives.
  • Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to new and existing customers.
  • Build partnering relationships with decision-makers to drive the sale of Johnson Controls offerings.
  • Proactively address customer's operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements.
  • Recommend solutions that link customer objectives to total value solutions and competitive advantages.
  • Differentiate Johnson Controls services and products from competitors through creativity and innovation.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests including quotes for repairs, replacements, and planned service agreements.
  • Establish a 'mentee' relationship with an Owner Account Executive to assist in their professional development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of demonstrated field sales experience in HVAC commercial equipment and/or building automation systems in the Healthcare industry.
  • A deep understanding of the HVAC commercial service industry as it relates to healthcare facilities.
  • Demonstrates a dedication to integrity and quality in business.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
