About The Position

Our client, a very substantial distributor of HVAC supplies servicing installers and contractors, is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is instrumental in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while also identifying and securing new business opportunities within the HVAC market. The upside for this role includes the opportunity to earn uncapped recurring revenue through strategic account management and business development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Inside Sales Representative in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the HVAC supplies market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the HVAC product line to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare regular reports, and provide insights into sales performance.
