As a Senior Buyer for High Voltage Batteries within Stellantis’ Batteries & BMS organization, the candidate willmanage one of the most strategically critical commodities in the global transition toward electrification. Supporting North American electrified powertrain programs, this role requires a deep blend of technical understanding, commercial leadership, and strong alignment with executive level decision making. High Voltage Batteries represent one of the largest cost drivers and most sensitive technologies in Stellantis’ BEV and PHEV portfolios. As a result, the Sr. Buyer plays a central role in shaping sourcing strategy, technology roadmaps, supplier selection, and industrialization decisions—often in direct collaboration with senior leadership across Purchasing, Engineering, Finance,Business Development, Legaland the Gigafactory teams. Strategic Impact-Working with JV partners directly influences: Factory capacity planning North American localization strategy Long term cost competitiveness and TCO Technology differentiation and platform compatibility Executive level investment and sourcing decisions This role therefore requires a high degree of commercial maturity, confidentiality, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive recommendations
