About The Position

In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with specialized business or operational functions that contribute to departmental goals and initiatives. Provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day department functions. Serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers, delivering exceptional customer service and professional representation. Prepare and analyze reports, support forecasting efforts, and maintain accurate internal databases and records. Create engaging content, assist with website updates, and support special projects aligned with departmental goals. Assist in event planning and coordination, contribute to compliance processes, and help identify opportunities for process improvement. Perform additional duties as needed in support of Baylor University’s mission while maintaining adherence to University policies and consistent, reliable attendance.
