Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Reliable means of transportation and means of communication.
• Pass all required background and drug screenings.
• Previous contract security, military or law enforcement experience.
• At least 3 years of security management experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Communicate with Branch management regarding all issues, scheduling, staffing and record keeping that are related to the client.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI's safety manual.
• Act as a liaison with the client, responsible for the day-to-day operations at the site location, including client and employee relations.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.
