Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at the Grand Geneva Resort, is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Featuring 50,000 square feet of year-round, indoor/outdoor waterpark excitement, Timber Ridge Lodge is a family bonding adventure that’s soaked in memories. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous food and beverage experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old due to handling alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and under pressure.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with management, staff, and the public.
  • Superior customer service skills are essential.

  • Previous food and beverage experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and service expectations.
  • Efficiently operate the POS system.
  • Perform proper cash handling procedures according to company standards.
  • Multi-task effectively and manage assigned stations.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
  • Maintain clear communication with the culinary and management teams.
  • Process guest checks and submit closing paperwork promptly.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints regarding service, products, or staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
