Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at the Grand Geneva Resort, is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous food and beverage experience is beneficial but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old due to handling alcoholic beverages.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and under pressure.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Strong communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
Able to build and maintain effective relationships with management, staff, and the public.
Superior customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Understand the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and service expectations.
Efficiently operate the POS system.
Perform proper cash handling procedures according to company standards.
Multi-task effectively and manage assigned stations.
Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
Maintain clear communication with the culinary and management teams.
Process guest checks and submit closing paperwork promptly.
Address and resolve customer complaints regarding service, products, or staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
