About The Position

As a CACI HUMINT (HI) Targeting Analyst in Task Force 40-25 Hard Targets Cell, you will provide embedded analytical network support to TF 40-25 and other government agencies in order to share intelligence between Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC), Interagency (IA) and community of interest (COI) organizations in support of executing TF 40-25 mission priorities. You will provide targeting, lead development, and analytic support to SOF efforts globally. Synchronize the targeting process with analytical enterprise and collection managers to develop target packages, operational concepts, and plans. Perform the full range of HI & CI targeting, strategy development, analytical research, production of briefings, charts, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of target development, prepare and recommend operational usage of sensitive capabilities in support of the commander's priorities and objectives, and conduct internal, inter-service, and interagency coordination and de-confliction of targets and operational missions. Prepare targeting products, summary documents, and graphical representations of data, review case file documentation and evidence, and conduct threat analysis. Y ou will also serve as key member of a threat analyses and assessment team directly supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) across US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise.

Requirements

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic.
Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment.
Graduate of a Embassy Targeting Officer Course, SOF Targeting Course, or Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC).
Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Responsibilities

Serves as embedded Intel Analyst specializing in HUMINT Targeting Analysis.
Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of various threats and actors.
Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
Teaches, coaches, and mentors supported SOF unit intelligence personnel to master these activities.
Liaison between TF 40-25 and other commands regarding HUMINT operational requirements.
Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments.
Providing briefings and point papers regarding status of investigative support efforts.
Monitoring and assessing FIE activity through the use of automated systems and open sources.
Researching and developing HUMINT initiatives for operations and special projects and programs; maintain knowledge of standing HI collection requirements.
Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases.
