About The Position

This position is responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance on diesel engine trucks and trailers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The B Shift schedule is from 3 PM to 12 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Pay is commensurate with experience level. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Candidates must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Experience can be a combination of employers as long as it totals at least 1 year.
