About The Position

Humana's Early Identification program (or Early ID) has been developed for current first-year college students from diverse communities and underrepresented groups who are entering into their second year in Fall 2025 and interested in exploring career pathways with Humana. This 2-day on-site, immersive, development program from July 21 to July 23 will be hosted at our headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. During this experience, students will have the opportunity to participate in various professional development courses to develop analytical, leadership and communication skills, gain exposure to core working areas of our business like Information Technology and Actuarial Science, engage in networking sessions and panels highlighting our Network Resource Groups, early career opportunities, and our commitment to diversity, equity, & inclusion, and exposure to all that Louisville has to offer through social and tourist events. Students must be available to travel to Louisville during the program dates and participate each day during normal business hours. (All costs associated with the program like travel, hotel, and meals will be covered by Humana).

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a first-year student in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of Spring, Summer, or Fall 2028 and hold sophomore year status in Fall 2025.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, computer science, information systems or other related degrees.
  • Available to attend Humana's Early ID Program in-person in Louisville from July 21 to July 23, 2025.
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States or in the future.
