Clinical Servies: Provides individual, couples, family and group therapy, practicing within licensing/certification scope of work. Provides documentation of these services.
Promotes, coordinates and provides staff training related to Behavioral Health topics and services to RVIHC staff, to round Valley agencies and community members.
Develops Policy and Procedures documents for the agency and reviews these on annual basis.
Develops Position Descriptions specific to YTHS and reviews these on an annual basis.
Writes employee evaluations at three months from date of hire, annually thereafter and as needed.
Facilitates a weekly YTHS general staff meeting.
Provides an/or supports clinical case consultation with direct service staff.
Provides Quality assurance of systems, files and documentation through direct services or through oversight of designated staff, meeting professional standards designated by agency policy, staff position, contract licensing or certification standards.
Prepares statistical and narrative reports on programs and services.
Other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be Substance Use Disorder Certified (SUD) or willing to get Certified.
Excellent customer services skills, both on the telephone and in-person.
Excellent organizational skills in handling multiple tasks.
Experience with multi-line telephones.
At least 2 years' experience in training individuals.
Familiarity with outpatient healthcare clinical operations.
Competence with word processing program such as Micro-Soft Word or equivalent is desirable.
Must be able to stoop, lift up to 10 pounds while filing medical records, and spend extend periods of time sitting.
