About The Position
This position supports and promotes the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of the Human Services Department. Performs in a manner consistent with the HSD Leadership Charter, Professional Standards, and 'Commitment to My Co-Workers'. This position has supervisory responsibility for The Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) and Children's Community Options Programs (CCOP) in the Behavioral Health Division. Primarily responsible for staff oversight and supervision of the services being provided for children and families enrolled in these Programs. This supervisor assists in development, implementation, and oversight of policies and procedures as well as has a key role in collaboration with internal and external system partners to ensure a trauma informed, family-centered, and strength based approach.
