This person supports the Central Administration team by completing requests to provide accountability to ensure the adherence to state and federal guidelines. The position will also provide guidance to program personnel regarding solutions to assigned issues and special projects designed to improve federal performance progress. The person will assist with projects requiring location of absent parents, verifying employment status and resources, providing customers or employers with information about the availability of services and referring them to appropriate agencies and community programs, and other duties as assigned.
