About The Position

The Human Services Sales Leader drives revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, to exceed targets, build strong client and referral relationships, and expand market share, focusing on culture, process, and tangible results like increased pipeline conversion and revenue growth. Key duties include attending community outreach events, provider fairs, meeting with case managers, and working with the marketing department to achieve sales growth goals in the designated areas. The geographic area of growth is the NW area of the Greater Denver area to Boulder; specifically, Jefferson, Broomfield and Boulder Counties. Familiarity with this geographic area and location of resources is necessary.

  • Knowledge of and experience, working with IDD individuals
  • Knowledge of the system and regulations as they pertain to Home and Community Based Services in the state of Colorado
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment
  • 2-3 years experience in Human Services
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficient with G-Suite, Microsoft Office that includes Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn computer programs for scheduling and timekeeping
  • Ability to respond well under pressure
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Services, or related field
  • The employee must provide and maintain a valid driver's license the entire duration of their employment, and must be eligible for the agency’s vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and uphold To The Rescue’s values and policies
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and actionable plans to achieve business goals
  • Ability to work independently and set a daily work schedule that supports the achievement of our business goals
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Case Managers, Providers, other PASAs, Members and IDD support organizations
  • Attend provider fairs, networking events, and scheduled meetings
  • Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports
  • Complete all activities related to intakes of new members including required paperwork, communication with case manager, and communication with the residential and administrative team
  • Ability to work with members and oversee service delivery to members
