The IDD Consultant will focus on housing, employment, and community living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is critical in advancing inclusive housing solutions and supporting policy development that aligns with best practices and legal standards. This person will serve as a subject matter expert on housing options and community living, including those specific and nonspecific to individuals with IDD. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external partners on barriers to community living and employment, promoting integrated and community-based solutions, and analyzing and interpreting regulations, polices, and funding mechanisms for individuals with IDD.
