About The Position
The Human Services Navigator (Health Careers Navigator & Workforce Advisor) position is a full-time role based at various Adult and Community Programs sites in Danielson and Willimantic, as well as Montville AJC and remote as needed. The role involves providing career pathway guidance, raising awareness of health careers, and participating in recruitment and enrollment activities. The navigator will also provide person-centered case management services and administer comprehensive career assessment tools tailored to customer needs.
