This is an essential position. Employee follows established guidelines, policies, and procedures while working in one or more program areas performing responsible administrative and technical work in support of agency clients. Prepares and mails correspondence. Serves as a backup to switchboard/reception staff. Employee is the initial point of contact for clients seeking services. Prepares periodic, special, and other reports. Provides emergency shelter duty in times of emergencies or natural disasters.
