About The Position

The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide. The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set. Please refer to our ReEntry Overview page for further information regarding the Program. Our Global Human Resources organization is offering fellowship opportunities across our Compensation, HR Business Advisory, HR Product, and HR Data & Analytics organizations.

Requirements

  • Must be an experienced professional currently on an extended career break of at least two years.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in compensation processes.
  • Experience in HR business advisory roles or product management is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with workforce data strategy and analytics.
  • Previous experience in a product-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics, oversight and infrastructure support for core compensation related processes.
  • Partner proactively with senior business leaders and other HR partners to drive business/people priorities forward.
  • Be an integral and active member of the business management team.
  • Support the HR Product team in evolving the way we serve our internal customers.
  • Contribute to the development of workforce data strategy, analytics and reporting, and data governance.
