About The Position

The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide. The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set. Please refer to our ReEntry Overview page for further information regarding the Program.

Requirements

• Must have been on an extended career break of at least two years.
• Experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Compensation, HR Business Advisory, HR Product, or HR Data & Analytics.
• Familiarity with product management and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics, oversight and infrastructure support for core compensation related processes.
• Focus on high quality information, strong controls, and scalable processes and protocols.
• Proactively partner with senior business leaders and other HR partners to drive business/people priorities forward.
• Act as an integral and active member of the business management team.
• Support HR Data and Analytics in workforce data strategy, analytics and reporting, data governance, and AI/ML based solutions.
