About The Position

Total Rewards Co-Op - Spring 2026 Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. THE ROLE Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Total Rewards Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis and organizational skills
  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Finance, Communications or related field
  • Graduation date of Spring 2026 or later
  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
  • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • Standard business hours (Monday-Friday); occasional flexibility for meetings across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a detailed program utilization analysis of Entegris' Rewards & Recognition program, including data analysis and collecting feedback from employees, managers and HR stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for program improvement to drive continued employee engagement, improve recognition guidelines, ensure proper approvals & controls, and streamline administrative processes
  • Lead the implementation of a system upgrade along with approved program changes, including vendor engagement and employee training and communication activities
  • Inventory existing internal employee facing Total Rewards employee communications and training materials
  • Develop and implement process to ensure all communications are current and consistent throughout the various channels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Total Rewards communication and training initiatives for various employee populations
  • Partner with HRIS, Workday and Total Rewards team in the implementation of the Workday Help module, which replace existing case management tools and processes to support Total Rewards questions/issues from employee and HR team, including medical, welfare and retirement benefits, leave administration and compensation
  • Review existing vehicles and associated workflows for and collaborate in the design and execution of the transition to the Workday Help
  • Ensure existing process documents and policies are accurate and up to date, enabling the buildup of knowledge base articles and training of agentic AI tools
  • Assist in the testing and rollout of the new Workday Help module, including training and communications
