In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, provide administrative support across various HR functional areas, ensure compliance by maintaining accurate records, support recruiting efforts including onboarding and applicant tracking, coordinate benefits administration, and manage HR data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related software, with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Adept at handling sensitive situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with various audiences.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment while also being a self-starter capable of independent work.

Nice To Haves

  • Related coursework beyond high school preferred.
  • Experience in HR or similar administrative roles is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Assist employees and applicants by addressing inquiries and referring more complex matters to senior HR staff.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Perform technical and administrative tasks across various HR functional areas, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support Recruiting Efforts: Assist with onboarding processes, and applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes.
  • Coordinate Benefits Administration: Aid in open enrollment, tuition reimbursement programs, and auditing of benefits records.
  • Manage HR Data and Reporting: Research, compile, and analyze HR data to prepare accurate reports and reconcile discrepancies.
