About The Position
The City of Escondido has an opening for the position of Human Resources Technician I/II in our Human Resources Department/Personnel Division. This position is open until filled, with a first review of applications taking place during the week of June 30, 2025. The recruitment may close at any time without notice after the first review date. The Human Resources Technician I/II performs a variety of technical, administrative, and advanced level clerical duties in support of the Human Resources department, providing information and assistance to City employees and the general public regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures. The role includes preparing various correspondence, memoranda, and reports, working closely with payroll personnel, and coordinating activities related to the area of assignment.
