About The Position

The Human Resources Talent Recruiter at Monument Health is responsible for managing the recruitment process for designated positions and departments. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process in collaboration with department representatives and the HR team. The recruiter will also handle special projects as assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of Recruiting, Sales, and/or Health Care Experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all activities in the recruitment process.
  • Maintains accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.
  • Navigates the CRM and ATS to filter candidates and progress the recruitment process.
  • Reviews resumes and conducts screening interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Facilitates scheduling, interviewing, and placement of candidates with hiring leaders.
  • Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices.
  • Assists all applicants and responds promptly to applicants' requests for information.
  • Negotiates offers with selected candidates.
  • Provides formal written or verbal follow-up to all candidates interviewed but not selected.
  • Conducts regular follow-up meetings or communication with hiring leaders to build and maintain positive working relationships and develop specific recruitment plans.
  • Advises hiring managers on recruitment, advertising, interviewing, and selection criteria.
  • Conducts follow-up with hiring managers regarding applicants' interviews and final selection, verifying past work history of prospective employees.
  • Proofreads, titles, and posts approved job descriptions for vacancy needs.
  • Assists in sourcing qualified candidates to manage a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Advises candidates in career development and provides insight into appropriate position matches.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events, recruitment fairs, career fairs, and healthcare events.
