About The Position

The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing professional and administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This includes tasks such as onboarding, training, file maintenance, data entry, and audits. The role requires a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and business, and a positive attitude. The HR team values friendliness, collaboration, service orientation, drive, and trustworthiness. This role is crucial for ensuring the HR department operates effectively to deliver maximum value to incoming Team Members and the company. All HR Team Members are expected to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, and integrity, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling conflicts
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws/regulations and company policies
  • Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Manual dexterity to operate all office equipment
  • Ability to maneuver around office and property
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing job functions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience with high volume recruitment preferred
  • Previous experience with an applicant tracking system strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Maintain all required documents to ensure compliance with state and federal law
  • Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team
  • Work in close partnership with recruiters and all HR Team Members and Leadership to be a credible resource for our applicants and Team Members
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the Team Member experience and partner with the HR team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
  • Ensure all inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner
  • Support any other special projects as needed
