Provides frontline HR support by responding to employee and manager inquiries, assisting with self-service tools, and ensuring accurate resolution of basic HR issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, proficiency in HR systems, and multitasking abilities, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to HR inquiries about policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll.
  • Help employees navigate HR systems and tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized HR teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
  • Support administrative tasks like employment verifications.
  • Educate employees on available resources.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
