Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with Unions.
• Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety

• Strategically assist with all facets of Human Resources, supports the mission, vision and values of the company
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Talent Acquisition
• Heavy filing
• Employee Relations
• Performance Management
• Training and Development
• Compliance/I9’s
• FMLA
• HR data and systems
• Health and Safety duties as assigned
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving and mediation skills to assist with employee relations issues
• Ability to balance empathy with policy enforcement
• Confidentiality a must
• Organization skills
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
