About The Position

This professional position is responsible for the development, coordination and day-to-day supervision of various HR functions including new hire processing, employee onboarding, credentialing, Human Capital Management (HCM), and HR records management. Provides advice and assistance to managerial staff on PMS Human Resources policies, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Psychology, Communications, English or related field required plus three years of Human Resources experience.
  • Internal experience in PMS management that includes working on a regular basis handling HR-related issues may be considered Human Resources experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources management principles, including employment law, recruitment, compensation, training and performance management, employee relations, personnel records management, EEO/AAP, workers' compensation, etc.
  • This position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment: CCHSA Criminal Records Check.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or other large HR Information Systems strongly preferred.
