About The Position
As a Human Resources & Staff Development Intern at TruStone, you'll have the opportunity to help create and organize employee training programs, build on employee engagement initiatives, and gain exposure to laws and regulations in action. Various aspects of Human Resources and Staff Development will be covered, including recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, planning and creation of training materials, program delivery, employee relations, and more! And, as part of the internship, you'll get to complete at least one key project to enhance your learning experience and highlight on your resume.
