About The Position
The Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP will Partner with Director, Human Resources and leaders/employees throughout the business to ensure human resource policies and programs are aligned and administered appropriately based on BlueLinx' overall HR and talent strategies. In addition, The Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP will Administer core human resources policies, processes and practices related to talent management, employee relations, labor/union relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational/individual development.
