You will support the retail organization and manage projects in support of the broader business. You will build collaborative partnerships with retail leaders and store teams by providing support and follow-through. This is an action-oriented role that helps drive business results by ensuring our ability to attract, engage, and develop talent. You will also act as a project coordinator for various HR projects. You'll support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and development initiatives. Additionally, you'll promote engagement through company initiatives, facilitate HR operations, and ensure a positive workplace culture across our retail teams.
